Aircraft details:
Although the model is based on a Hasegawa
kit, it is NOT the new A6M2K that comes in the special edition Zero boxed
set.
This model was made from 2 Zero kits (a type 21 & Type 22), 2 CMK Zero
interior sets, a CMK Sakai engine set, 2 Eduard interior etch sets, a
Falcon vacform canopy, True Details wheels and KMC control surfaces
(rudder & elevators only).
The paint is all Gunze with fading, washes, post shading and filters
applied (washes and filters were done with oils).
The paint chips are Gunze aluminium metalic lacquer applied with a brush
and burnished with foil.The Gloss coat was Future with the matt coats
being a Future/Gunze flat base mix.
